Copy/Paste Interactive Report Elements
In the previous version of Insightloupe, users could duplicate a report element on the same slide while retaining the formatting of that element. However, in order to add the same element to another slide, they would have to recreate the element manually.
In this release, we have enhanced the copy/paste feature within reports so that users can copy and paste elements on other slides. This eliminates the effort of recreating the same element multiple times and reduces the time taken to create an interactive report.
Creation of Custom Comment Group
In the previous version of Insightloupe, EVS and Non-EVS users could use two different comment groups to converse with other team members regarding the data on Insightloupe i.e., Knowledge/Technology comments and Legal comments. All users with access to the project had access to the Knowledge/Technology comments while legal comments is a restricted to those with access to legal review on the platform. However, in certain projects, client users seek to have discussions on documents with a specific and restricted group of users for purposes of relevance or confidentiality.
In this release, we have enabled analyst and mangers users to create custom comment groups. This feature permits users to create a new comment group where they can define which individuals can view and exchange comments within it. It also facilitates segregated conversations with designated users regarding the document.
Mention Users in Comments
In the previous version of Insightloupe, EVS analyst or client users did not possess the means to inform the appropriate user if they had made a comment on the document that demanded their attention.
In this release, we’ve enabled tagging of usernames while adding a comment, so that all users would know whom the comment is for and who should respond to it. Mentioned users will also receive near real-time email notification when they are tagged in a comment. This targeted notification system ensures that mentioned users are promptly informed about comments that require their attention, enhancing collaboration, communication, and overall efficiency within the platform.
Notifications on Patent Import by Clients
In the previous version of Insightloupe, we introduced a feature that enables the client analyst to import small patent sets on the Documents module by simply uploading patent numbers.
In this release, we have also enabled an email notification to be triggered to the relevant EVS Project Manager whenever a client user imports patents using the Import Patent option in the Documents module. This will ensure that the EVS Manager is aware of updates to the data set and can manage the analysis tasks accordingly.
