Enhancement to Company and Tags Profile
In the previous version of Insightloupe, users were able to delete images in view mode within both Companies and Tags profiles. This allowed users to delete images from various modules where they could access the profiles and this was inconsistent with the usual method of handling configurations of a page.
In this release, we have provided the delete icon on the images in Edit mode only for both the Companies and Tags profile. This change ensures that users can delete images only from the Tags or Companies module, maintaining consistent behaviour across the platform.
Enhancement to tag selection across Insightloupe
In the previous version of Insightloupe, users could not expand or collapse child tags when searching for a parent tag. This impacted functions such as charting, linking annotations, and tagging documents on the required child tags.
In this release, users now can expand or collapse the child tags of a resultant parent tag of a search. Hence, enabling users to perform actions such as linking annotations, tagging documents, etc. under these child tags.
Export of only tagged taxonomy of data
In the previous version of Insightloupe, when exporting data with the taxonomy, the Excel file included every tag from that taxonomy regardless of whether it was tagged to data or not. Users had to scroll through the extensive list in the Excel file to identify the tags associated with each document, especially in projects with numerous tags.
In this release, we have added an option for the export of data with only the tagged taxonomy showcasing tags in their hierarchical structure thus providing a simplified export file.
Indication of Analyzed Extended Family Members of Patent Publications
In the previous version of Insightloupe, analyzed family members of a patent were provided in the bibliographic field tab. However, there was no indication if extended family members, which were not part of the patent family, were analyzed.
In this release, we have added an indication of analyzed extended family members listed under the bibliographic fields tab to represent:
- whether there are any comments added to a patent document.
- whether there are details added in any of the tags, annotations, or extra/ chartable extra fields.
- whether the document has been flagged as risky.
Navigate to specific sub-sections of Explorer/Background/Reports from Project Home
In the previous version of Insightloupe, users could navigate to different modules (Background, Reports, Explorer, etc.) using the representative sections of those modules from Project Home.
In this release, we have enabled users to now have the option to directly navigate to specific sub-sections of a module that is displayed on Project Home. This allows users to efficiently access the desired content without a break in the journey.
View Images and PDF attachments on Insightloupe
In the previous version of Insightloupe, users had to download attachments and view them off Insightloupe thereby creating a need to switch between platforms.
In this release, we have enabled users to view the PDF and image attachments corresponding to a document directly on Insightloupe. This eliminates the need to download the attachment, providing a significantly improved user experience.
