Add alert period to alert results
Documents captured as results in an alert can be viewed from multiple places on Insightloupe i.e. alert preview, alert email, and previous alert results. Currently, when you view the alert results, you are not able to see the corresponding alert period. In this release, we have added alert period in the header of all screens displaying alert results. The alert period will be visible for all alerts generated after this release.
Control visibility of all tabs on documents page
Insightloupe allows you to edit visibility of tabs on the documents page. However, the functionality is limited to only to a few tabs. This takes away the flexibility to control what we want to show to the client, leading to a cluttered view with unnecessary tabs having no information.
In this release, we have enabled users to configure visibility of all tabs on the Documents page across all document types using the Tab Visibility page. There will still be a default configuration for each document type but the user will be able to edit it from tab visibility section.
Don't show legal events on Matrix View
Matrix view on Insightloupe is used to view relevant information quickly and concisely on a document. Hence, Matrix View should contain non-text heavy fields. However, legal events is the only field in the matrix view which is text heavy. This field is visible only if feature flag of legal events is enabled
In this release, we have removed legal events from matrix view even if the feature flag of legal events is enabled.
Enable editing, exporting, and searching of legal events
Legal events are manually reviewed events in the life of a patent, rephrased / simplified as per client requirements. They need to be specifically enabled on an Insightloupe instance on request. Before this release, Insightloupe allowed only uploading of legal events from project administration page. However, it did not allow editing, deleting, exporting, or searching on them.
In this release we have enabled the users to edit, delete, export, or search on the legal events uploaded by analyst.
- Export legal events: An option to export all legal events and key legal events under the Legal header of the export configuration. Users can export documents from bulk actions.
- Searching Legal Events: A field “Legal Events” has been added on advanced search page. User can search on legal events using all events, key events, date, title, and combination of these.
- Editing legal events: Template for uploading legal events has been updated on administration page. To edit legal events, we have added a checkbox on the document upload section:
- If checkbox is checked, old events from the patents (mentioned in the excel file) will be replaced with the events mentioned in the excel file along with status of key event
- If checkbox is unchecked, uploading legal events would work in additive manner i.e. existing events will not be updated and any new event in the excel file will be added at the end.
- Deleting legal events: An option to delete a single event on a patent document is added on documents page under legal events tab.
Enable Evalueserve Annotations for News
Evalueserve Annotations on Insightloupe are of 4 types:
- Annotations for Technology Tags
- Annotations for Claim & Scope Tags
- Annotations for Product Tags
- Other Annotations
Insightloupe has “Evalueserve Annotations” for all document types (Patent Publications, Patent Families, Articles, Products and Clinical Trials) except “News”.
In this release, we have added the Evalueserve Annotations field for the document type “News” as well. It is not a mandatory field and its visibility can be configured from the Tab Visibility section. Column for “Evalueserve Annotations” has been added to the document upload template for “News” to upload in bulk. Annotations specific to tags can also be added in bulk or individually in similar manner as for other document types. Users can also export Annotations for “News” from bulk actions.
Show linked products only if products are available on a project
Until now, users could view the sub-heading for Linked Products under Details section in the matrix view for Patent Publication and Patent Families document types. Linked Products sub-heading was visible even if products are not available on a project.
In this release, we have made the Linked Products sub-heading available on the matrix view only if the project has a product available otherwise linked products will not be visible.
