Enable Big Chart for heatmap charts
On Insightloupe, bubble charts present themselves with additional loupe options e.g. show in full screen or show big chart. So far, Big Chart was only enabled for bubble charts because viewing a big heatmap felt counter-productive and not easy on the eye at all. However, in this release we introduce big charts for heatmap by showing them as a big bubble chart.
Expand document exporting options in enrichment view
In previous releases, we added functionality to export documents from the enrichment page of a task. This was applicable for all standard enrichment pages for both the analyst and reviewer roles.
Enrichment task in a workflow can have multiple document allocation strategies – including one for self-allocation, where analyst would assign themselves the documents they would be analysing. When such a strategy is chosen, the user is presented with multi-tabbed version of the expert view – and while the user was able to export documents from the task for the documents assigned to them, they were not able to download documents that are yet to be analysed.
Introduce Advanced Searching of Reports
In previous releases, we added functionality for “Smart Search” on documents and project home pages. In this release, we have carried forward that idea to the reports page and introduced advanced searching of reports in Insightloupe. Since the search functionality is built on top of the Smart Search, you can create advanced queries using parentheses and AND, OR, NOT operators.
So far, the only way to find a report was through the title of the report. Now, you can search for a report not only using its own title but also the title, subtitle and the content of the slides. The content of the slide includes raw text, text from different shapes, text from tables and text from chart data. Additionally, we know there are use cases where you must upload a static report (e.g., word, excel, ppt or pdf files) on Insightloupe. Beginning this version, you can now also search for the content inside such static reports. Naturally, the content doesn’t include text which is embedded within an image.
Once the results are available, only the reports matching the search query are shown and each report displays the number of slides which were matched. Clicking on the slides takes you to the report presentation page where only the matching slides are shown.
Introducing ability to provide Multiple Organization Tags to Assignees
Insightloupe had a limitation of allowing only a single organizational tag per company. However, categorizing a company into multiple levels of an organizational hierarchy can be important for a good intelligence study. With the expansion in scope of usage of Organization tags in our intelligence reports, Insightloupe is also expanding its features around organization tags. We have added the following capabilities in the current release:
- Ability to add multiple org tags corresponding to an assignee.
- Ability to quickly view org tags associated with an assignee on the Documents page
- Being able to filter assignees for charts using Organization tags
- Being able to cluster assignees on Organization tags in charts. When an assignee has multiple organization tags associated with it, the name of assignee gets repeated across all associated organization tag clusters and is highlighted in red
