Charts enabled for all Tag types on Explorer Module
In the previous version of Insightloupe, snake charts created in the Explorer module were only allowed on the Technology tag type. Therefore, analysts could only use and create charts using Technology tags to answer key questions for the client or highlight information in the Explorer module.
In this release, we have provided the functionality to create snake charts on Claim & Scope tag and Product tag types, which will enable analysts to use all tag types to answer client questions in the study or highlight any important information relevant for the client.
Configure Custom Name and Order of Project Modules
In the previous version of Insightloupe, the Companies module could be configured with a custom name which led to different use cases being implemented using the Companies module such as start-up scouting, KOL identification, ingredient benchmarking, among others. However, configuring custom names was not possible for other modules like Project Home, Explorer, Background, etc.
In this release, we have introduced a feature enabling users to configure custom names and order of all the modules (except Manage) from the Feature Settings of the project. The custom name will be reflected on the project breadcrumbs, navigation menu, project card on landing page, and sections on Project Home. The updated order will be reflected in the navigation menu. This will help clients navigate through the project following the intended journey.
Handle missing documents during patent upload via API
In some cases, while uploading the patent documents via API, information corresponding to some of the uploaded patents might not be available or updated on our data provider which results in an error of missing documents on Insightloupe. Due to this, the entire upload gets cancelled, and the user has to re-upload the excel by excluding the missing documents.
In this release, we have provided the user an option during the import via API where they can proceed with the import by excluding the missing patent documents, without the import getting cancelled which will ensure a seamless experience while importing patent documents.
Trigger bi-weekly or bi-monthly alerts
In some cases, a client may request updates twice a month or every 2 months but currently, in the Alerts module we provide updates on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly frequency basis. Due to this, Alert needs to be triggered manually at the specified period.
In this release, we have added two more alert frequencies Bi-Weekly (send an alert every 2 weeks) and Bi-Monthly (send an alert every 2 months) so that alerts can be triggered automatically at these frequencies.
