Enhancement to Company Profiles
In the previous version of Insightloupe, the users could add/edit additional details related to key companies through an excel upload in order to create an exhaustive company profile.
In this release, we have enabled addition and editing of company profile fields and images directly on the platform interface to help users create enriched profiles while saving their time.
Fetching Extended Family Members on Insightloupe
In the previous version of Insightloupe, analysts could fetch the details of simple family members of a patent publication while uploading a patent document. However, in some projects, clients want extended family members with a specific jurisdiction to be uploaded and analyzed.
In this release, we have enabled the fetching of details of all Extended family members of a patent publication while uploading the patent document. This settings will be enabled upon request while creating a new client subscription.
Introduction of Family Level Tagging on Insightloupe
In the previous version of Insightloupe, we introduced family level comments on the repository enabling users to add comments on all family members in one go and searching of patents based on comments.
In this release, we have extended this feature to family level tagging on the repository and at the project level, enabling users to add a family level tag to all family members in a single instance. This allows users to search for specific tags on different families on Insightloupe. Family level comments are now available at the project level as well.
Introduction of Patent Import for Clients on Insightloupe
In the previous version of Insightloupe, client users would share patents to be uploaded on their projects with the Evalueserve Analyst over email as these might be relevant to the project. Client users did not have the access to upload documents onto the platform themselves.
In this release, we have introduced a new feature allowing the client analyst users to import patents on the Documents module by just providing the patent number. Additionally, we have also enabled client users to share files containing patent numbers with Evalueserve analysts through Insightloupe itself without having to rely on emails, thus keeping all communication on the platform.
Introduction of Patent Summarization on Insightloupe
In the previous version of Insightloupe, users could view all the details of a patent under different headers such as abstract, claims, description and bibliographic details. They would have to read through each of these sections while reviewing a patent for a relevancy assessment, competitive intelligence, or patent litigation.
In this release, we have introduced a feature that enables users to generate/view a simplified summary of the overall patent or just the claims. By providing a clear overview, these summaries allow analyst to quickly determine a patent’s relevance to their specific project, streamlining the entire patent assessment process.
Introduction of Report Summarization on Insightloupe
The result of landscape, competitive or technology intelligence studies is usually a long report enriched with multiple insights and recommendations. It can take quite a while to go through the full report to understand the key highlights and takeaways.
In the release, we have introduced a report summarization feature on Insightloupe which enables users to auto-generate a high-level summary based on the textual content on different slides of the report. This helps clients gather an understanding of the conclusions without having to read it all.
