Add Validation on Mark as Done for Technology Tagging Subtask
In the previous version of Insightloupe, analysts could complete the technology tagging subtask and mark a document as “Done” without modifying the document tags, as there was no warning to notify them if no changes were made to the document tags.
In this release, a warning icon will appear next to the Mark as Done button, indicating that no new tags have been added or removed from the document. This alerts the analyst that no changes have been made to the patent document tags.
Display My Assigned and Pending Documents Count in the Task Module
In the previous version of Insightloupe, My Analysis and My Review Tasks section on the task module displayed the pending documents and total document across analyst in the data enrichment task. However, it did not provide details such as the documents assigned to the analyst and the pending documents from those assigned documents.
In this release, we have introduced “Assigned to Me” and “My Pending Documents” columns in the My Analysis and My Review tasks. These columns allow analysts and reviewers to see the current progress of the Data Enrichment task without needing to open it. Additionally, we have enhanced the look and feel of the task module for a better user experience.
