Enhancement to Indicator Charts
In the previous version of Insightloupe, while creating an indicator chart, assigning weights with a decimal value to individual indicators was difficult resulting in the weight being rounded off. Furthermore, adjusting the weight directly if 5 or more indicators were added to the chart was not a smooth experience.
In this release, we have upgraded the Adjust weight interface so that one can assign varying individual weights to selected indicators and arrange them in a customized order.
Enhancement to Tags Module
In the previous version of Insightloupe, the profile preview for a tag within the Tags module would be available only if its profile had been updated with some qualitative data. Based on the data that has been mapped to each tag, Insightloupe generates statistical data for each tag. However, as the profile preview was limited to the analyst-uploaded additional data, users would miss the quantitative part of the complete tag profile.
In this release, we have changed the behaviour so that if no qualitative information is available for a tag, the profile preview will display the first enabled section from the complete profile. This ensures that even without qualitative data, users can still gain insights from the available information (graphical data). Additionally, in the tags module, only used tag types will be visible to client users, helping to minimize clutter on the page and providing a more focused view.
Introduction of more fields to Matrix View configuration
In the previous version of Insightloupe, the matrix view could be configured using a limited set of fields. However, certain fields, such as Product tags, Claim & Scope tags, Extra/Chartable Extra fields, and Additional links, were not accessible within this view.
In this release, we have added these fields as configuration options within the Matrix view settings in the Documents module, thereby providing users with complete information in both views.
Order Patent Watch or Invalidity/Opposition Search from Searchstream via Insightloupe
Insightloupe is used to deliver multiple intelligence studies, such as Company and Technology Intelligence, Market and Innovation Intelligence, etc. These intelligence projects can lead to multiple follow-up studies, such as FTO (Freedom to Operate) analysis, invalidity, and monitoring, among others. Currently, the clients can use Searchstream to order these services.
In this release, we have enabled client users to order Patent Watch and Opposition Search services on a patent document directly from Insightloupe to get a quick quote and place an order without delay from Searchstream. This also cuts down the time it takes to generate a proposal for the client w.r.t the search they have requested.
Patent Publication PDF available in Documents Module
In the previous version of Insightloupe, while reviewing a patent document, users would want to re-verify details such as drawings or claims. They would click on the Epsacenet link and get redirected to another platform.
In this release, we’ve added the original PDF of the patent publication in the Documents module itself so the user can verify any information without having to switch to another platform.
Retention of Keyword Highlighter within Enrichment Tasks
In the previous version of Insightloupe, the keyword highlighter preferences set for one data enrichment task were not retained in another data enrichment task created from the same alert. Consequently, analysts had to manually recreate the same keyword highlighter for each individual task, leading to duplicated effort and inefficiency.
In this release, we’ve enabled users to retain their preferred keyword highlighter settings between data enrichment tasks created from the same alert, saving them time and effort. Furthermore, we have also changed the keyword highlighter position and icon in the Documents module, enabling its use when the page is in Focus mode.
