AI Based Company Profiles
In the previous version of Insightloupe, the users could upload additional details related to the key company through an excel upload on Insightloupe allowing them to create exhaustive company profiles in bulk or add them directly for each company separately through the interface.
In the release, we have enables users to generate the profiles of an individual company using the generative AI by providing context related to domain or research area to fetch relevant data. This feature streamlines the process of creating comprehensive company profiles by leveraging the domain context to gather pertinent data.
Enhanced Commenting Experience
In the previous version of Insightloupe, users could add knowledge/technology comments and legal comments in documents. These comments could be visible as separate groups.
In this release, we have revamped the user experience of the Comments tab where we now list comments in descending order based on their creation time. The default grouping of comments by comment type has been removed and the comments have labels to distinguish between different comment types. Users can click on either the comment type label or username to filter comments by type or user respectively.
Patent Import:- Handle Missing Extended Family ID
In the previous version of Insightloupe, we enabled users to group patents by Extended family ID. It might be possible that there are error while fetching family ID from our Data Vendor during patent import. We promptly handled such errors for simple family ID.
In this release, we have handled errors related to extended family ID during data import. Similar to simple family ID, users will get an option to choose whether they want to proceed with the import by excluding patents with missing extended family ID or cancel the import. A file containing list of patents with errors will be shared by email.
Self-Registration of Users
In the previous version of Insightloupe, users were required to send an email to the solution support team to request access to Insightloupe. Subsequently, the support team would create a new account for the users on Insightloupe, granting them access to the platform.
In this release, a new self-registration feature has been implemented on Insightloupe for the users. This functionality enables users to register and access the Insightloupe by registering and confirming their accounts email via a one-time password (OTP) sent through registered email or via SSO (If enabled for registered email). As a result, this enhancement gains quicker access without reliance on the solution support team.
View Tags and Chartable Data from other Projects in the Repository
In the previous version of Insightloupe, the document repository feature was introduced, consolidating documents from all projects of a particular client into a single location. Additionally, the users could view the all the comments added on the document across multiple projects on the document repository itself.
In this release, users can now also view the Tags and Chartable extra field data added by analysts on documents within specific projects, directly from the client repository. This enhancement enables users to access document analysis conducted on documents from all projects associated with a specific client in a centralized location and allows the client to gain insights into the technology themes present across various projects in a single, consolidated view.
