Configure Template for Data Export
In the previous version of Insightloupe, export preferences were saved at a user-level and the exported file had a default format which could not be customized. This required each user to select fields that they wanted to export.
In this release, we have enabled users to define data export preferences by providing the order in which the data is exported in the file. The export preference can be saved as a template for anyone who has access to the project.
The preference can be set to export data for Documents and Company profiles.
Filter Documents based on Alerts
In the previous version of Insightloupe, users would have to go to the Alerts module and click on the ‘Previous Alert Results’ option to view the documents based on the alert result from a particular update as there is no direct way or option on the documents module.
In this release, we have provided an option to filter documents based on the Previous Alert Results in the Documents module which provides quick and easy access to alert results.
Introduce Key Companies on Project Home
In a Company Intelligence study, identifying key companies and providing details about the key companies plays a key role as it helps the client to gather actionable insight and knowledge from those companies. In the previous version of Insightloupe, the key companies and their detail were available or listed within a Companies module. For company intelligence studies, this should be part of the executive summary.
In this release, we have introduced a dedicated section for the Companies on the Project Home along with Explorer, Smart Search, Project Background, and Reports. Through this dedicated section, Key Companies from the study can be highlighted and users will be able to quickly access the company profiles or compare highlighted key companies.
Notify Project Managers about Alert Subscription Update
Project managers (PM) may want to connect with the client user who has subscribed to an alert to understand their requirements and update the alert if required. In the previous versions of Insightloupe, PMs didn’t get a notification if someone has subscribed/unsubscribed to an alert and consequently, it was difficult for them to connect with the client.
In this release, we have added functionality for email notification to get triggered to the Project Managers (PMs) whenever a user subscribes or unsubscribe an alert. This will help Project Managers keep track of the client usage and interest in particular alerts.
Search for Patent Within Tasks
In some situations, a user might be working on multiple tasks in parallel and if there is a patent publication that they need to review urgently, there was no way to search for a task to which the patent belongs. The only way to find the patent is to visit each task individually.
In this release, we have added a functionality to search for a patent number within tasks similar to Cross Project Patent Family Search. By clicking the task name from the search result, they can go straight to the patent document within that task.
