Enhancement to Alert Email Notification
In the previous version of Insightloupe, the alert notification on email provided minimal context about the update that was being shared with the client such as the number of documents and their basic details.
In this release, we have enhanced the alert notification so that client users can now conveniently view the alert description and any additional custom details provided by the analyst directly. This improvement aims to provide clients with a clearer understanding of the updates.
Enhancement to the Alert Creation Journey
Previously on Insightloupe, Evaluserve analysts encountered challenges in configuring alerts to match client specifications, as there were multiple steps and the user experience for adding triggers resulted in a time-intensive process.
In this release, we have updated the alert creation journey by reducing the number of overall steps along with changes to the user experience of addition of alert triggers hence making it easier for the users to create a desired alert for a project. Analysts can now also customize the subject line and body of the notification email that is sent to relevant client users.
Introduce Automatic Bibliographic Updates
In the previous version of Insightloupe, with the Update Bibliographic data option with API, users were able to manually update the bibliographic data of patent in the project or in all the projects of a particular client.
In this release, we have introduced Auto Bibliographic updates which enables users to choose a custom frequency for the bibliographic data to get updated automatically. Hence, clients will see the latest information on the documents page.
Introduction of Domain and Use-Case in Project Creation
In Insightloupe, we currently address various use cases, and proof-of-concept (POC) scenarios and are actively involved in delivering client proposals on Insightloupe. However, as a user, there is a lack of sufficient visibility to identify which projects align with specific use cases or license types.
In this release, we have introduced a few fields such as Stage, Use-case, and Domain in the ‘Basic Details’ tab during project creation. This feature enables users to distinguish projects based on their stage and use case. This addition facilitates better project tracking for the implementation team and enhances the ability to provide more targeted suggestions.
