Dashboards

The Tags and Company Dashboard offer clients insights into various companies and tags within a project, allowing them to view detailed profiles for each. Evalueserve analysts can create multiple customized dashboards tailored to different use cases, such as those focused on application areas, solutions, or specific company types.

Enable and Access Dashboard

The Dashboard module is not enabled by default, the users having Manager access to the project can enable the Dashboard module from the Feature Settings of the project.

Once the Dashboard is enabled, click on the Hamburger menu and go to the Dashboard section on the menu and click on the Dashboard that you want to access.

Create Dashboard

Users can create 2 different type of dashboard:

  • Tags Dashboard
  • Company Dashboard

Following are the steps provided below to create tags or company dashboard:

  1. Click on the hamburger menu and go to the Manage module under the Dashboard section.
  2. Click on the New button and enter the title of the Dashboard.
  3. Select the Dashboard type and click on the Save button.
    • Multiple tags or company dashboard can be created in the project.

Configure Tags Dashboard

Tags Dashboard enables users to add mulitple tag browser, Key Technology, and Key Question section which enables the users to present the information in the required manner to the client. Follow the steps provided below to configure the tags dashboard.

  1. In the Manage module of dashboard, click tag dashboard card to go to the dashboard view.
  2. Click on the Edit mode button and click on the Create Section button dropdown.
  3. Users will be able to create a Tag browser and Key Tags section on the Dashboard.

Configure Tags Browser Section

  1. Click on the Tag type under the tag browser section in the dropdown menu.
    • Section will be added to the dashboard.
  2. Edit the section title, description, document type and adjust the Mode (Full or Minimal).
    • Use the Shift + click on the tag node to expand the node. The expanded node selection will be saved upon clicking the save button.
  3. Click on the Save button to save the changes.
    • Multiple Tag browser sections of the same tag type or different tag types can be added to the technology dashboard.

Configure Key Tags Section

  1. Click on the Tag type under the Key Tags section in the dropdown menu.
    • Key tags section will be added to the Dashboard.
  2. Edit the title, description, and click on the Select Key Tags dropdown.
  3. From the tag’s selection modal, select the tags that you want to display.
    • A maximum of 9 Key tags can be added in this section.
  4. Click on the Save button to save the changes.
    • Multiple Key Tag sections of the same tag type or different tag types can be added to the technology dashboard.

Configure Key Question Section

  1. Click on the Key Question option in the create section dropdown menu.
    • Key Question section will be added to the dashboard.
  2. Edit the title and description of the section and click on the Add New Key Question button.
  3. Add the Key question by editing the title of the slide.
  4. To reflect your answer corresponding to the Key question users can use Text, image, chart, shape, table, line, and callout element.
    • The configuring of these elements on the slide will be similar to the reports.
  5. Click on the Save button to save all the changes.
    • Maximum of 8 key questions can be created on the Key Question section.

Configure Company Dashboard

Company Dashboard enables users to add mulitple Organization tags chart, Key Company, and Key Question sections which enables the users to present the information in the required manner to the client. Follow the steps provided below to configure the company dashboard.

Configure Organization Tags Chart Section

  1. Click on the Org Tag Chart option in the create section dropdown menu.
    • Org tag chart section will be added to the dashboard.
  2. Edit the title, description, and click on the Create Chart button.
  3. Select the tag from the left pane of the pop-up window.
    • Select the top values of the assignee of the selected tag on the right pane of the pop-up window or select the custom values of the assignee.
  4. Click on the Save button to save the changes.
    • Multiple Tag browser sections of the same tag type or different tag types can be added to the technology dashboard.

Configure Key Companies Section

  1. Click on the Key Companies option in the create section dropdown menu.
    • Key Companies section will be added to the Dashboard.
  2. Edit the title, description, and click on the Companies dropdown.
  3. Select the companies that you want to display as key companies in the dashboard.
  4. Click on the Save button to save the changes.
    • Multiple Key Companies sections of the same company or different companies can be added to the Company dashboard.

Configure Key Question Section

Configuring of Key Question section on company dashboard is similar to the Key question section on the tags dashboard. Please refer to the Configure Key Question section on tag dashboard for more details.

Configure Visibility & Order of Section on Dashboard

Follow the steps provided below to configure section on a dashboard:

  1. Click on the Edit mode button to switch to Edit mode of the Dashboard.
  2. In the Edit mode, click on the Configure button in the breadcrumb and the configure window will appear.
  3. Check or uncheck the checkbox corresponding to a section to update the visibility.
    • Use the Drag icon to rearrange the order of visible sections on the dashboard.

Delete Section on Dashboard

Follow the steps provided below to delete section on a dashboard:

  1. Click on the Edit mode button to switch to Edit mode of the Dashboard.
  2. In the Edit mode, select the section which you want to delete.
  3. Click on the Delete Section button and click Yes in the final prompt.

Delete Dashboard

Follow the steps provided below to delete dashboard:

  1. In the Manage module of the dashboard, select the dashboard that you want to delete.
  2. Click on the ellipsis icon on the top right corner of the dashboard card.
  3. Click on the Delete option and click Yes in the final prompt.
    • All the sections created in the dashboard will be deleted.
